Championing Conservative values of home, community and law
I have devoted much of my professional and political life to public service. I am proud to describe myself as a Conservative politician who believes in the value of a stable home, strong communities, responsible governance, and pragmatic, forward-thinking reform.
Public service and patriotism are two key values that I ascribe to and they are what drive me every day.
I am a partner and head of Social Housing at a top UK law firm, having devoted my professional career to the building and management of affordable homes in all parts of the country.
I am also a Runnymede Borough Councillor, where I served as vice- chair of the Housing Committee and I am the Cabinet Member for Children, Families and Lifelong Learning on Surrey County Council.
I’ve been happily married to Linda for 25 years. We live in Surrey and when we have time, we enjoy pottering around on our allotment.
